Cleaner, Class Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher

 

VACANCY: CLEANER

PART TIME: 10 HRS PER WEEK 3.30 PM – 5.30 PM

TERM TIME PLUS 3 WEEKS HOLIDAY CLEAN: 41 WEEKS PER YEAR

GRADE 2: £22,183 PER ANNUM PRO RATA

The Governing Body of this successful school seek to appoint a well organised and well-motivated individual to the role of part-time cleaner.  This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent.  The hours of work are Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 5.30pm, plus holiday cleaning.

We are looking for a keen, self-motivated person who will manage the evening cleaning of the school as part of our cleaning team. The role will require the post holder to work with honesty and integrity and help to maintain the excellent reputation of the school within the community.

The school will offer you a friendly, hardworking environment with happy children and an enthusiastic, dedicated staff team.

CLASS TEACHER

The children, staff and governors of St. Theresa’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a warm, nurturing teacher to join our happy, successful school from September 2024. 

We would like someone who is creative, inspirational and can work as a member of a strong, committed team.  You should demonstrate high quality teaching skills, have an excellent knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, and have high expectations.  We would like you to have good communication skills with adults and children while appreciating the uniqueness of each child in your care.  E.C.T.s are welcome to apply.  The class will be decided upon appointment as it will depend on the experience and skills of the applicant.  Please make sure you state these on your application.

Although you do not need to be a practicing Catholic to apply, you must be willing to adhere and promote the Catholic ethos of our school.  Forgiveness and compassion are at the heart of all we do.

Deputy Headteacher

St. Theresa’s Catholic Primary school are wishing to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is able to support the Headteacher in leading the school forward on the next phase of its exciting journey.

 

The children, governors, staff and parents are looking to appoint a practising Catholic who has the experience, motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of a team and play a key role in building on the success of our friendly school.

 

Our aim at St. Theresa’s is to nurture and care for our children so that they not only achieve to the best of their individual ability academically, but become resilient, happy young people who are equipped to cope with all life has to offer.  We do this through living out our mission statement of:
